I know I sound sarcastic (my students say I am, but what do they know) but I am very sincere in wanting to know what the objections are to learning to communicate in the TL without a thorough analysis of the grammatical system. BTW, I am still developing my list of citations on error correction. BTW again, I do not use TPR because I am full of doubts and misgivings, but these converts, including the ones at my school, are pushing me hard.
