The $50 fee is *not* the fee to register a domain name or the fee to renew a domain name. It is the fee to re-instate the name after the payment was denied. It is used, for example, in the following circumstance: 1. A user registers a name and pays for it with a credit card. 2. Later, the user denies to the credit card company that he registered the name. 3. The credit card company refunds money back to the user and takes funds out of our bank account. Thus, the user has the name but did not pay for it, even though Instantwebhosting has paid for it. 4. Therefore, we will put the name “on hold” so that the user does not have access to it, thereby “taking back” the name from the user. When this happens, the domain and all it’s email operation will be suspended. 5. After all this, the user decides he wants the name after all. 6. He would have to pay us $50 for us to reinstate the name to him and take the name “off hold”. 7. If the domain is not re-instated, we will put up the repossessed
