It is likely that your computer has an old version of Adobe Acrobat (say, 3 or 4) and this must be removed from your system before you try to install the Foundation Package and/or Essential AS Teaching Package. To remove any unwanted programs, go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Highlight any programs that you want to remove from your system and click the “Add/Remove” button. Your computer will remove all elements that are to do with this program from your machine. If there are any files that are shared with another program, it is best to opt to retain them on your system when prompted, just in case you remove them only to find that another program has been disabled that needed access to the shared files.
