The LGP version uses a different set of settings for Mindrover. The old loki version stored them in ~/.loki/mindrover whereas we store them in ~/.lgp/mindrover. To recover your old settings, you can simply copy the files from the Loki directory over the LGP files. This will recover all of your settings, as well as custom-built rovers you made before.
