You need to create a virtual node on the server to do it. The name of the vnode must match the value of II_HOSTNAME or II_GCN_LCL_VNODE (whichever is set). The vnode must be a global vnode. Connection information is not necessary in the vnode. For the authorization information, the userid must be an asterisk (*) and the password specifed is the installation password.
