Broad community input is required for planning and implementation of this indicator. The involvement of parents, teachers, local business (including small and medium sized businesses) and labor organizations is required in Perkins III {(Sec. 122(c)(5)(B)}. It is recommended that local planners utilize a partnership already in existence to address this indicator, such as the local School-To-Work Partnership.
