The City has in past years, and will in future years be making improvements and performing maintenance on the pipes that the Hallmark area drains through on the pathway to and on Ralston Avenue and in the areas adjacent to US 101, as well as locations within the Hallmark area. These projects include previous pipe lining and bursting projects on Lake Road and Ralston Avenue as well as past capacity improvements to install parallel pipe systems at the downstream portion of the system. Because Hallmark area is at the top of the system, flows from this area travel through a longer portion of the pipe system to get to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and much of this pipe system has been improved in the past. Assuming a yes on question 1 above, If we dont fix these pipes how will it affect the Hallmark area as far as sewage transportation through these pipes?
