Incase the HASP key (hardware protective key / Dongle) is lost / damaged can a new HASP key be purchased?
In case the hardware key (also known as a Dongle) is physically damaged, we can provide a replacement at nominal cost subject specifically to the return of the original damaged key. If the hardware key is lost, this will be like having lost the total software package and licence. On this basis, you will a new hardware key which will be supplied at the then full cost of the RIP. In view of this, you are advised to have the hardware key insured to its full replacement value against loss of theft.
