In Work Order Detail, why do my drop-lists “Assigned to,” “Received by” and “Completed” by look different or have duplicate entries?
We are making every effort to eliminate unnecessary duplicate data entry throughout program; therefore, we now pull these drop list names from the “Set up Employees” list. You can delete the entries for Work Order drop lists: “Assigned to”, “Received by” and “Completed by” from inside the Manage Drop List module.
