It depends. Multi sampled instruments is often in HALion & Kontakt format. Other formats is; SoundFont /Sf2), Gigastudio & NN-XT. Loops are in .WAV format & in some chases, Rx2 format. You will get all the information about available formats in the product description for each SampleSet.
