Exercise is not only a brilliant way to keep you healthy, it’s a fantastic stress release! Luckily there are a number of ways to stay fit during winter. You can join a local gym or health club. If expense is an issue, there are an abundance of fantastic exercise DVDs in the market. You could even Google ‘exercise plans’ and get some great tips.
