This is a Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy issue. Microsoft’s recommendation is to try re-registering the Volume Shadow Copy Service. If you are on Win XP Pro, you can simply run the batch file available in C:\Program Files\OBM\bin\RegisterVSS.
