WorkCenter is based on a Microsoft Access relational database. The relational database gives you many options to view or display your data by using the reports and query capabilities built into the WorkCenter CRM software solution. One major advantage of a relational database is it allows the user to link all types of contacts, borrowers, vendors and data for quick and easy access for reports and queries from the stored data. WorkCenter is also designed to be able to share out this Access database between WorkCenter users.
