The larger cats are not domesticated, and are not pets, no matter how much someone may try to make them so. They have highly tuned animal instincts that never leave them although they can diminish somewhat. When a domesticated cat gets mad, it’s one thing. When a 400-600 lb tiger gets mad, it’s completely different.
