If we are unable to offer you a room assignment for the semester you requested, the prepayment will be refunded. However, if you decide not to live in the UCF facilities and notify the Department of Housing and Residence Life, you will lose the entire prepayment. If you do not respond to, or reject the agreement offer, you lose your entire prepayment.
