In what formats are photos / documents saved?
Photos are saved by default in JPG format. This is the most common format and is ideal for general use and e-mail. TIFF is available for those who desire it. Multiple page documents are scanned directly into a single, searchable PDF file. This service is excellent for old office records, dated statements and childrens’ schoolwork that you just don’t have the heart to toss away. All scanned materials are organized as labeled. Many other formats, including editable MS Word documents, are available as well.
