In what file format should art be submitted?
For quickest order processing, please submit artwork in a vector format (.EPS or Adobe Illustrator .AI files preferred). PDFs are acceptable only if they were created using vector art and retain editing capabilities. In some cases, high-resolution raster images can be used (Photoshop files, etc.). In order to avoid any delays, please do not submit Microsoft Word, Publisher, or art copied from the web as final artwork. Since these files are not suitable for high-quality printing, we will need to re-create your artwork in a vector format to produce high quality prints. Additional charges will apply.
