School full time As for the uniform most school nurseries do if the school itself does, some do not require nursery children to wear it even if the rest of the school does. Some pre-schools that are not attached to schools do or have a sweater with the school name on. Most daycare nurseries don’t.

Here in Scotland any child that was 5 years old before February 2011 will already be in the first year of school, it is called Primary 1. My granddaughter starts school in August and she will be 5 in October and is currently in nursery school. All school children wear uniforms. Nursery kids can have a special nursery t-shirt but it is not necessary that they wear it and most wear a top and leggings.
