In those cases where NameAction lends me the required local presence, who will be the owner of the domain?
At the NIC, NameAction will appear to be the owner, but for NameAction, you/your company (whoever requested us the registration of a domain name) will be the real owner. This is the way in which companies of all sizes (like Google, Gerber, etc.) work with NameAction. If a customer so requests us, we can prepare and send a document which certifies the domain’s property to the requestant of a domain.
