In theory, the probability of rolling a one is 1/6. What is this as a percentage?
Plot a graph of the number of rolls vs the percentage of rolls that were ones. Put the number of rolls on the horizontal axis. In a different color pen put a horizontal line through the percentage for ones that theoretically should be rolled. Label this line “theoretical probability”. The percentages that you are calculating in this experiment are called experimental probabilities since they are based on experiment and not theory.
