If the volume of the tutor’s voice is too low, drag the bar next to the speaker icon to the right. If this does not solve the problem, make sure your headphones and microphone are plugged in and working correctly. You may also need to adjust the settings of your PC in the ‘Sounds and Audio Devices’ folder of the Control Panel. Remember that if you were talking, you need to release the ‘Ctrl’ key or unclick the microphone icon to let the tutor speak. If you do not, you will not be able to hear the tutor.
