VBS was designed to run even on not so strong computers. Therefore there are very less effects in VBS. However the engine is able to do a lot of them. They can be included by the mission (scenario) creator. Or added later with Addon (like the ECP Project for OFP). There is already a Dust and Fire generator available for VBS. T.Schwarz 2004 67.
