In the UK – could someone recommend a part time job which would have really flexible hours?
I was looking for pet sitting, for someone to walk my dog while I was away for a week, and it seems they charge £24 a day to do 2 half hour walks and draw your curtains at night. They look after cats too, just consists of putting down fresh food and water once a day and changing the litter, it seems. Ps, bar work can be fun – I did it for a few years during and after Uni, and had a ball taking the mickey out of the ‘g + t’ brigade and just generally having a laugh with the rest of ’em. Nothing ‘degrading’ about it, no clue where you got that idea. You’re missing out, you know, really. As well as being a bit insulting and quite rude. Cynical Girl, u beat me to it (happens a lot) but yeah, happy days…..carried on with it for ages after I stopped needing to, just for the fun.
