In the TDS Participation Report, why do some students with paused tests have information displayed for “Last Activity” but not for “Start Date” and “Expiration Date”?

The Start and Expiration dates will appear on the participation report once the student answers the first question. Therefore, if a test is paused before the student answers the first question, a start or expiration date will not be displayed on the participation report.
