In the Structure Prediction workflow, there is an error message in the log file indicating that the Blast environment could not be set up. How do I fix this error?
The error message is “ERROR: error setting up environment for Blast run”. The most likely cause of this error is that the Blast database and its executables have not been installed or are unavailable to Prime. Blast is required for both the Comparative Modeling and Threading workflows. Information about installing Blast and other third-party databases and making them available for Prime can be found in the Prime Requirements section of the Installation Guide. This document is available on the CDs or DVDs you used to install Prime and online in the Support Center. See also Chapter 15 and appendix A of the Prime 1.6 User Manual for important information. Additional information is available online on the Third-Party Databases page.
