In the state of Texas, is it legal for a person under the age of 21 to drink with a parent supervision?
If the minor consumes the alcohol under the authority of the parent (in private or public) then it is legal. See below. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CODE CHAPTER 106. PROVISIONS RELATING TO AGE § 106.01.
