The SalesOrderActivity and the Penetration Report (PEN) use the exact same exchange rate. This is the exchange rate that we pull once a day and store. Each day, a new exchange rate is pulled and used for both SalesOrderActivity and PEN reports for orders taken on that day. The rate is included in the SalesFeed on a per order basis. It is important to note, the exchange rate used is the rate on the day the order was submitted, not necessarily the day the order was fulfilled.
