In the RFO, what does maintained on the DIR Account mean?
The DIR account consists of the 27 state agencies participating in the RFO. The phrase “maintained on the DIR Account” means transitioned personnel must be retained and must work on State of Texas services (rather than other accounts that the service provider may have) for one year (or two years for critical affected personnel).
