In the Powerprint Request Pen table, how can we type in Pen widths, which are not available in the Pen table. Why are there gaps in the spaces between say .25mm and .30 mm ?

Each and every of your Pens# (0-255) have selectable widths. Under width, there are 2 sets of numbers. On the left are numbers from 0 to 255. Please do not confuse these 0-255 numbers under width to be Pen numbers. The numbers under pen width are basically values, which are in thousands of an inch. This means, if you select a value 9 here (which is empty otherwise on the RHS of the width table), you are actually selecting 9/1000 = 0.009 of an inch, which is 0.2286 mm. The reason why there is a gap between 0.25mm and 0.30 mm (or likewise) is because there are no “real” metric equivalent values. We prefer to leave the metric equivalent values in whole metric number. Hence, the minimum pen width selection is in steps of one thousandth of an inch (0.001″) or 0.0254mm. However, please also note that the minimum width that you could select is “Width 4” or 4/1000 of an inch (1 pixel) or 0.1016mm. There after you could select width 5 upwards to increment in steps of 1/1000 of an inch.
