In the phonostar-Player and on my whole computer there are no sounds any more; Wave-Volume stands on 0 or 50%. What is going on?

it is very likely that the RealPlayer (only version 10) changes the volume of your computer. Since version 1.51.4 of the phonostar-Player this problem will be avoided. The phonostar-Player sets the volume higher again even if RealPlayer has changed it. If this should not work or you still use an older version, open the RealPlayer and enhance the volume there. Afterwards all sounds should be returned to your computer! Because this problem doesn’t exists in older versions of the RealPlayer you can download former versions at OldVersion.com.
