In the past we haven seen the desired results from training. What can Mardac Consultants do to make the outcome different?
This is a common problem. Organizations need to understand that the real learning happens outside the classroom when participants start applying their new skills. Without a built in process of accountability to reinforce the learning it is difficult to change. The adage around changing a habit, is that we must practice the “new” way of doing things for 21 days before it becomes part of our “new daily habit.” There are many ways to build accountability into the training and we work with clients to do this in a way that fits into the client’s culture and budget.
