In the OSCAR Account Agreement, what does the $50 minimum charge relate to?
The $50 minimum charge will only apply if there has been less than $50 billed to the account in each billing month. This is not a standard fee that applies in addition to any activity that has occurred on the account, it will only apply to the deficit where the minimum charge has not been reached.
