In the list of faxes sent, what does the column “Status” mean?
When you send a fax, the system completes a series of steps. If you access your account page while the system is still processing your request, you can see what phase of the process your fax is currently in. Here is the list of possible “states” “Processing” – The system is converting the document for transmission. “Transmitting” – The system is sending the document. If the fax line is busy or doesn’t respond during this phase, the system will attempt to send the fax up to three times. “Sent” – The document was sent successfully. “Error” – the system could not send the fax. An explanation of the error will be sent with the notification mail.
