In the Hanger Selection Analysis dialog, it is displaying V-Stop as supports whereas the user has spring hangers. What criteria does it use to determine the supports?

If the movement at the location where you want the spring is less than the value in the Rigid Hanger Criterion box, the program will enter a V-stop. The default value is 0.1 inch. To always have a spring selected then change this value to 0.
