Join the thieves guild, he’ll tell you to find a fence in one of the northern towns I forget. A fence is just a guy you can sell stolen goods too. You don’t have to be high ranking just a low lvl frog or wetfoot or something. To join the guild say out by the docks next to the shacks near the pirate boat and a black guy shows up at 11:30 at night. He’ll send you on some little mission, complete that and you’re in the guild. That’s the only reason I joined the guild b/c you can sell stolen items and buy lockpicks. Once you join the guild you’ll get info on the fence and on where to locate him and at what times he’s hanging out in the inn. Hope this helps.
