In the event USEDO-USA is resolved or cease to exist, what happens?
In the event USEDO-USA is dissolved for any reason, God forbid. The sitting officials will have to liquidate the organization’s assets and pay off debt if there is any. The remaining assets will have to be discarded of by donated them to other charitable organizations with good standing as will be identified by the sitting board. None of the assets of USEDO-USA shall be allowed to be taken away by a member or a group of people. The bank account shall be closed and its contents shall have to be used to clear debt or given to charity as contribution, except for the registeration fee which shall be refunded to you only if there is no debt to clear – otherwise the money shall be donated to an organization like Red Cross, or a church with vested interest in Africa or an organization with her emphasis in child development and well being like UNICEF – officials at the time shall decide appropriately.
