In referencing section 5 paragraphs E from the BR-751-100-112, the Common Language Products Business Unit General Codes Subject Matter Expert should be informed so the codes will reflect the way the existing company is doing business. This could be in the form of a name change on an existing code or referencing several existing codes to now use one overall code (see Consolidated Codes below). State Legal Documentation must be provided to in the event a request is provided to change a code from what is shown in the Telcordia IAC Code or EC Code National Database to what the client desires to have shown.
