While every effort is made by Bruce Telecom to provide service without omissions, interruptions or delays, it cannot guarantee failures or defects in Bruce Telecom facilities will never occur. Where such failures may occur, Bruce Telecom is not liable to a refund of charges other than that portion of reoccurring service.
