At the beginning of the episode (#89, Andy’s English Valet), Aunt Bee says that the car belongs to Miss Edwards. She wants Andy to drive it while she is out of town so that the battery will stay charged. Later, when Barney stops by at suppertime, Andy refers to the vehicle as “Flora’s old car” –therefore, the car belongs to Miss Flora Edwards.
