It examines the theoretical background that can be used in designing communication programs to build intercultural relationships. Intercultural communication is considered as the fundamental building block of creating international business relationships as a vehicle for knowledge creation process to achieve organizational success. Many a time intercultural communication and training models are designed based on national cultural dimensions ignoring unique individual cultural differences.
