In the bible proverbs 27:19 is really poetic and deep i just dont know what it means though?
27:19 As in water face answereth to face, so the heart of man to man. Basically it is What you see is what you get because the heart is not far from what the heart is. Man is a working progress our natural is naturally to be evil. We fight against the flesh daily but the heart is stronger than the flesh if we trust in it. Human nature is perverse. There is in mankind, and therefore in us, the desire to worship God, but human nature wants to be free to follow itself—to follow its own dictates in regard to how it is going to worship God. Now the result has been a wide variety of religions, and mass confusion as to which is the true religion. This is a world in which true values are lost in an ocean of conflicting opinions as to how to live. All of us know God is not pleased with this circumstance, but He is allowing it to continue.
