This section is used only to identify those candidates who meet the criteria for this program. HRM Volunteer Firefighters: Active members in good standing with three years of active service (as of July 6, 2007) who have completed “Fire Control” and “Haz Mat Awareness” courses will be considered to complete the hiring process without costs.
