In the allocation of the available $30 million, have portions of the total been designated for specific categories of project, or do all types projects have an equal chance of receiving funding?
Response: Allocation of funds will be primarily by project merit. We hope to have a wide geographic distribution among the funded projects, and a diversity of project types. Project merit will be determined by evaluation of each proposal by the Project Evaluation Team in accordance with the Project Evaluation Criteria. If strict application of the criteria produces a concentration geographically or by project type, this may play a role in project selection.
