In the 4Life™ Compensation Plan, what is the difference between a Leader4Life and a Leader?

The Leader4Life position is available to all new distributors at the time of enrollment. At the point of sign up, the new distributor must purchase the Compass Kit and generate 100 Personal LP of products monthly. As long as the distributor fulfills these requirements, he/she will be paid at the Leader position. The Personally enrolled requirements for the Leader position are not needed as long as the distributor fulfills the 100 Personal LP requirement each month. A Leader is an individual who has chosen not to participate in the Leader4Life program at the time of sign up, but has opted to be a Distributor or an Associate. Upon building a business, the opportunity to earn additional commissions is obtainable if all Leader qualifications are met each month.
