A. Analysis of intact proteins >80 kDa is quite difficult using LC/MS techniques. The best solution is to look at MS of the protein(s) by peptide mapping. While you will lose direct information on the intact (membrane) protein MW, you will still be able to ID the protein and get a MW from a database search if it is in the database. If post translational modification of the protein is of interest, this information will require an additional strategy after ProteoSep to determine this.
