Yes. The liner drawings need not be drawn to an exact scale, since the table in question C12 asks for the thickness of each liner layer. Q: Table C15 requests informaton on cell yield coefficients. Because sludge digestion occurs over time in aerated stabilization basins (ASBs), the net cell yield coefficient (i.e., growth minus digestion) for ASBs is significantly different than the classic activated sludge value. How should this be addressed? A: Although you are not required to do so, if you write “ASB” in the margin next to your response, we will understand your situation better.
