In previous years, CoCs only had to report on performance of those projects that were being renewed in that years competition. Is this the same in 2008?

No. In 2008, the Housing Performance section in e-snaps (Screen 4C and 4D) will now be calculated using data on all CoC projects that have submitted an APR, and not just this year’s renewal projects.
