This does not work. Period. The people on the phone will be checking email and working on their regular jobs. No training will have occurred. You are better off not having them attend by phone at all. If they attended the training by phone then in their mind they will have been trained. There may be a check box marked off by their name, but they will not actually have the required software knowledge. Resist the temptation to save money on training. If you want to cut corners, do it elsewhere. Invest as much money as you can here have more sessions, not less. Have smaller class sizes, not bigger. Be smart about this.
