No. As long as the activity is supported with grant-funded staff or directly supported with grant funds you should report the activity, even if it is not identified as a goal or activity. However, all OVW grants require a coordinated community response, so if you are engaging in this activity but not using Arrest grant funds to support the activity, then you should report this information in the Narrative section.
