In my previews, several of the images only display the word “The” in the personalization. What is wrong?
Like the question above, if you are trying to create a calendar for a group of people, say “The Smiths” for example, putting the word “The” in the first name field will cause this to happen on the 3 months that show first name only. The reason is because three of the images in the calendar only utilize the first name field. In these cases, we suggest putting the most important part of your personalization in the first name field, and something creative in the last name, such as “Smith Family.” Please see our example page.
